    #4 New payload map/mode
    #5 Scattergun unlock
    #6 Meet the... ? Pyro is my guess.

    They wouldn't announce the whole Spy update on one section of the page. I expect that the final two will be the Scout's final weapon (obvs) and new official maps with maybe a game mode thrown in. So long they don't make more Arena maps I don't really mind what they give us, the community maps thus far have been good for the most part.

    Oh come on, imagine the brilliance of it. A full blown Spy update uncloaked on the Scout one's release date, or even instead of the Scout one. Would be awesome. ^_^

    There's actually quite a large thread on the official forums speculating that the Scout update is all just a conspiracy and that on Tuesday the Spy is going to take his disguise off and reveal that it's he who is being updated. The list of so called evidence is quite expansive but some of it is just silly and people are clearly just reading way too much into some of it. When you look for a connection between things you'll always convince yourself that you've found one.

    Part of me hopes that it's all just a joke and that these upgrades are fake though since I'm not that keen on them. It'd also explain the title of this blog post from so long ago.

    Internet detectives. No There's no way these scout unlocks are fake. I could see valve revealing a double update with the spy being additional though.

    I wanna know today's update already. Valve has me over a barrel.

    Update released...
    Updates to Team Fortress 2 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

    New features

    * Added The Force-A-Nature, The Sandman, and Bonk!
    * Added 35 new Scout achievements
    * Added crit boosted on/off sound effects
    * Added new sounds for upgraded teleporters
    * Added new sound for a fully charged medic dying
    * Add bonus points section to scores
    o Scouts earn a bonus point for killing Medics who are actively healing a target
    * Added several new speech concepts, mostly hooked up to new Scout lines
    * Added new "Remember last weapon between lives" option to the Multiplayer Advanced dialog
    * Spies can now control which weapon the enemy team sees them holding. Hitting the "last disguise" key while disguised updates the disguise to show the Spy's currently held weapon
    * Added several new Arena mode announcer speech events.
    * Added "First Blood" to Arena mode
    * Removed 2x item respawn times in arena
    * Changed backstab handling to fix facestabs
    * Spies disguised as enemy team can now see player IDs for enemies


    New maps

    * Added community maps: cp_egypt, arena_watchtower, and cp_junction
    * Updated cp_fastlane with Arttu's new version


    Mapmaker requests

    * Added new input for forward speed modifier to FuncTrainTrain
    * Added TeleportToPathTrack input to func_tracktrain


    Bugfixes

    * Fixed a bug where players would sometimes gib from non-gib damage kills
    * Fixed stat screen showing an entry for a class called "map."
    * Fixed item model panels not using team skins


    - Fixed obscure bug where spectators were able to carry the flag

    Some things Im thinking of:

    Spy has a different disguise animation, some kind of red orangey glow. Perhaps an addition to the usual cigarette case. Also he disguised himself during combat so unless it means you can disguise yourself as who you kill?!

    The watch alternatives have already been unveiled. So that leaves the pistol, knife, and zapper (which may now be throwable).

    I guess we'll find out tonight (tomorrow Sad )

    I don't think too much should be read into it. A lot of the stuff in that video isn't true to game time, such as the Scout/Spy touching the intel and the view of the Heavy running with his gun lowered.

    Hopefully they are replacing both the revolver and knife, the two unlocks for the watch have led to speculation that one of the others wont be receiving an update. The sapper definitely wont since it's never ever been on the Spy loadout screen, they just spruced it up in the video to make the Spy look more bad ass. A Spy would never win a melee duel with a Sniper either, but in the video he totally kicks his arse.
